North Vancouver City is situated across from Vancouver City divided by Burrard Inlet.  Above is the seabus that we use to commute back and forth to Vancouver City.  The buses and skytrain all meet at the same time as the seabus's arrival.  Seabus runs every half hour.  The crossing time is approx. fifteen minutes and is a pleasant, scenic trip.
 
 

North Vancouver is called by most as 'mountain goat country' as it is built on the side of Grouse Mountain.  So we have the Inlet in front of us and the mountains behind us.  North Vancouver has plenty of shopping malls and just about everything a person would want or need.  We have lots of motels and hotels and restaurants on just about every street.  Parks we have plenty of and even a waterfront park where seabus docks. We now have a movie studio & are being called  'Hollywood North'.  It is not uncommon to see movie stars wandering around the North shore.  The X Files series was made all over North Vancouver.
