I tend to be a very private person.  I have been online for many years & remember when I first hooked up to an IP they told me it was not a good idea to use my own name on line, like I said this was many years ago.  So for a few years I used the name "dart" after my favorite car a Dodge Dart.  No one knew if I was male or female with that name so I changed it when I hooked up to cable high speed to my middle name Amy.  Never liked my first name, Judy.  Now things are different on the web and people are using their real names.  Now that I am well established with competitions and many web sites, kind of late to change my name now to Judy.  So to any of my internet friends reading this, call me by either name :o)

I was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on January 28th, year..........I forgot on purpose, always be 21 :o)  My childhood was very abusive & I was left with a lot of permanent damages that years of therapy could not completely fix.  I have chronic insomnia and chronic anxiety attacks, which are no fun!  I stay close to home and the computer opened a whole world up for me.  I have made so many friends and love to create things, thus so many web sites.

My Interests:
I actually like lots of things.  I like NHL Hockey, Nascar racing, horse racing, old fashioned porcelain dolls, writing, reading, creating designs & webpages.  I love my computer and at the time of this writing am suffering with carpel tunnel in my right hand and am on a very long waiting list to have it fixed.  *sigh*  I  finally bought my webspace and now have all my sites in one place instead of scattered all over the web.  This site, Home Sweet Home (my 1st large site) is now back in competition after retiring many years ago, you can find my voting info on the menu.

I am married and have a daughter & son, both are grown up and living their own lives.  My daughter is more interested in a career than getting married, however my son is married to a wonderful woman.  You will find their wedding pics on this site as they had a different style of wedding.  They said their own vows, which were beautiful.  I would love to share them with you, but they are personal.

I live in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.  However I was born and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  I have spent my adult life here in the west, but have still not gotten used to all the rain.  I prefer the snow, especially for Christmas, which is my favorite time of year.  My hubby and children were born here and like the rain.
